Fairness & Cancellation Policy

This is the Fairness & Cancellation Policy for Canny Holistic(formerly Your Calm Creative).  
 

I am always as accommodating as possible to assist my clients and I appreciate that sometimes emergencies happen.   

I respect that your time is valuable and I  appreciate that you understand mine is too. If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, or if you do not attend an appointment, this means I am unable to re-use that time for other clients.

I understand that occasionally a short-notice cancellation may be unavoidable and if it is possible to reschedule your appointment, without causing an issue for my scheduled treatments, I will try to do so. However, because it is often difficult to re-book an appointment slot within 24 hours, I have taken the decision to institute a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Where late cancellations are notified (including failing to attend without notification) with less than 24 hours’ notice, I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to a full cost that would normally be charged for the treatment. If a client has block booked treatments – one treatment will be classed as used from that booking.

To help my clients minimise the chance of incurring a fee or losing treatments from their courses, I endeavour to send reminders a minimum of 24 hours ahead of appointments. Although due to circumstances beyond my control this may not always be possible and clients should therefore not rely on a reminder.
