Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy for Canny Holistic (formerly Your Calm Creative).  This policy explains how I use any personal information I collect about you and why I collect it.  Canny Holistic is the controller of the data you provide.  I may be contacted at hello@yourcalmcreative.co.uk 

What information do I need?

Your privacy is very important to me and the information I collect is confidential and used for my internal purposes and record keeping.  I require your contact details, your name, phone number, address, postcode and email address.  I also require information about your age and health in order that we can proceed with a reflexology treatment.  I require these details in order to ensure that it is safe for me to provide a treatment and also for insurance purposes.

Data is collected for the following; 

• the provision of reflexology treatments in person or online
• your participation in a Tiny Toes Reflexage class online or in person
• any purchase from the online shop
• a sign up to my Self Care Gift

Reflexology treatments and Tiny Toes Reflexage

I require your contact details as stated above to ensure it is safe to provide a treatment or class and also for insurance purposes.  I use paper consultation forms and online consultation forms via data processor JotForm.  JotForm is compliant with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).  My lawful basis for processing this personal information is 'contractual', this means I have a legal reason to ask you for your data.  You do not have to share your personal data with me, but I am unable to offer your a treatment or class without it.  You are given a privacy policy to read and sign during consultation.  If you make an enquiry and no longer wish to proceed, your information is erased securely.

Online purchases and website sign up

I require your data to fulfil a purchase, I use a third party website Paypal to collect payment for purchases, treatment and classes.  Please refer to Paypal own privacy policy for further information.  My website is run by Go Daddy and I use them to manage my email subscriptions.  You may unsubscribe at any time to a previous sign up.  

I do not share your email with any other party outside Canny Holistic.  I ensure all client data is safeguarded and secured using physical and electronic procedures

Marketing

I may email you information about future services, service updates or products I offer using the information you have shared with me and with your consent, but you do not have to agree to this for the treatment or class to go ahead.  You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing me.
